internal error 2753 drvins32.exe_x86

hi every1!

i am caught in a trouble with the mentioned subject…i am trying to install the latest antivirus original copy KESPERSKY 2009 on my SONY VGN-CR354 laptop..

it is showing me the above error and not getting installed..

i removed the older version of kespersky and tried again with the original CD ..but still the same error…

secondly my activation key is not working with the older version of kespersky..

please help me out…
wot to do?
