Internal Network & Internet Disconnected Until I restart Router

Hi All,
I am facing problem in my office network. every two or three days there is network and internet down and it wont work until we restart router.

during network down no one able to ping any computer, or gateway or not able to access any shared folder.

Anyone can help me on this.
