internet

Okay, my internet won’t work. I mean like i might be browsing the net and it cuts out. Sometimes it comes back and sometimes i have to restart my computer for it to work. This has been happing to me for the past week now everyday. I’ve tried to disable my firewall to see if that helped, i’ve called bellsouth about 18 times in the past week and can’t figure it out.
any help would be great
