Internet Activity Logging

I have a client who would like to know what people are doing on the Internet. In other words log each web site, and if possible which links also. Is there a method to do this using tools provided in Windows 2k Pro, or does this require a third party software? If it does require a third party, is there one that others have used and can recomend?
