Internet Bandwidth Speed Tester

I am looking for a simple program that will measure the
speed of my broadband internet connection (cable) at
an interval that I specify (every hour for example). The
ideal program would log each test for review later. A
bonus would be if the program could generate a graph
of the data. A free program would be nice too.
