Internet Connection Sharing in Win2K

I have been trying to establish a shared connection, but all has been unsuccessful. I’m running Win2K Advanced Server on the machine with the internet connection and Win98 on the other. I have full network access on both units. I followed all instructions from previous postings in this group. Can anyone provide any further assistance?
