Help setting up Internet Connection Sharing between Mac Os and Windows XP

Hi here is the issue I would like to set up Internet Connection Sharing wirelessly between a XP laptop and Mac laptop (host) Both laptop can connect to each other wirelessly so I would like to learn how to set so the xp laptop can conect to the internet through the wired internet of the mac
