Internet Explorer 5.5

I’ve just installed a new W2K Server. When I try to open the browser, it gives me an error message saying “The Page cannot be displayed”. I’ve internet access and am Administrator on the server. I’ve checked every setting on the other servers where I can open internet so I can make the same settings on this new server, but still no luck.
