Internet Explorer dont work, other’s do

I have adomian controller that also has MS ISA server firewall on it. Internet Explorer now does not work, it will notconnect to sites, even when I set it’s proxy to be itself on port 8080.

I installed Mozilla and it connects fine. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling IE twice. Anyone think of something else to try.
