Internet Explorer Homepage Hijacking

by ddvorpahl . Updated 19 years, 10 months ago

How do I stop my IE6 Homepage from being hijacked by http://www.sysprotectionpage.com/.

I get multiple warnings from various anti-virus software that my home page has changed to above:blank, do I want to keep it? I always say no, however, when I open IE I get the address above:blank and it switches to the above url or when I put my desired homepage in I shift to the above url. I checked my settings for homepage on the tab tools, internet, but it still reflects the desired homepage, but I can’t get there unless I go manually. I am not sure but there may more hijacking on my pc. Can someone help?
