Internet explorer pop up everytime i print

evrytime someone prints on the termserver they get a blank IE popup

i have already done with no luck

printer -print server properties – advanced – and i unticked show informal notifications for network printers.

and i also did

“HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Provi ders”
Double click on “Netpopup” and set the value to “0”

neither seem to of made a difference
