Internet Kiosk

Hi

I am setting up couple of computers for cafe net purposes.
The target is that users does not have any access whatsoever, apart from IE. Therefore the best solution would be Internet Kiosk. But unfortunately there address bar is missing in internet kiosk. Is there a way round it?
