internet loss pproblem at win2003 sbs

i have RF connetion i have got time request out from default getway in the evening but another one recive the reply i have changed the NIC but problem continues when i refresh the wan card the it is given reply and internet is start.
server have proxy so all user loss the internet in the evening time
