Internet problem

Hi,
I have a realy strange problem.After cleaning
some trojans, my internet connection start acting weard.First,my PPPOE connection turn gray:doesn’t
remember my user name/pass anymore,so I must type it everytime I go to internet.
Second, after some period of time,internet stop responding and taskbar turn gray(like win98) and
I can not disconnect or reconnect at all (must restart comp).Please anyone help me with this.
