Internet Service company

Hello everyone,

I am doing a dissertation and i would like a bit of information and advice on the following questions below.

1) What are the steps to be taken when starting an internet service company, the service is meant to be mobile. Customers should have the option to buy internet credit to gain access to internet on their mobile phone even if they are using another network.

2) What equipment’s (Hardware and software) are needed in-order to setup the internet company?
