internet sharing?

how can you an internet connection within a house,but the connection is via a cable motorola modem,and now the connction is downstairs,i wanna wire the whole four rooms digital with internet connection,and i wanna kind create my network(LAN)maybe with like few standby pc’s which i’ve two now!!!any guru to help with good prof solution
