Internet Sharing in Wwindows 98

In a peer to peer network in which all the computers areusing Windows 98. One computer is connected to internet through Modem. Can we use other computers to use the same internet connection and surfthe web. I know it is possible in Windows 98 SE butis it possible in 98 also. If yes then how can we use it.
