Interviewing

My company is looking into using a behavioral interviewing tool from a company called
Execuserve. While I subscribe to the idea that behavior is as important as skills in an employee, I’m not sure I believe that a questionnaire is going to accurately going to gauge the personality of a candidate. What are your experiences with behavioral intervieing?
