intranet application launcher.

I have and intranet ready to be deploy, network: NT, Novell (using Zenworks) and Citrix.
user will have a web enable desktop, which they will be able to use all kinds of groupware and also able to login to Citrix and get their customized desktop.
Question: None Citrix users, will have to get their customized desktop (policies) and be able to launch network installed applications, how do I accomplish that?
