Invalid Handle When Printing

Okay, Heres a question.

I have a user that can’t print. Sounds simple, right?

Wrong. In services the print spooler is running RPC is running. I reset them all, still no luck.

deleted printers added them back. Still nothing.

Did a system restore 5 days past when the user could still print. Still no luck. This printing issue is happening on both the local USB printer and Network Printer. PLEASE Help!
