Invalid Memory Access Errors

I keep having cascading errors involving many programs that all say invalid memory access as the main problem and my system crashes all the time.

I have 128MB NonEcc PC100 SDRAM

I am running WinME as my OS.

My motherboard has 3.45V I/O

Ihave the feeling My RAM is going bad.. or the memory does not work well with my motherboard…

I have new RAM coming and hope that will fix the problem.

What do you think?
