IP address

I signed up for Netflix hoping to watch videos on my PC.
Since I live in the Cayman Islands-Netflix will not allow me to see any videos -stating that my PC is located outside the US !
I sthere any way of getting around this?
I thought we lived in a true WWW world !!!.
