Ip blocking

I run an exchange 2003 mail server behind a Linksys BEFSR41 router. Recently I subscribed to Postini in an attempt to reduce spam and viruses in our email. I want to block connections to port 25 which do not come from Postini, but I can’t figure out how to do this. I’d really appreciate some help.
