IP of 10.1.23.63 which I thought was trunked through the firewall

Here is a little background. This is a dedicated Sharepoint environment specifically for officetalk-relay.com. I have given it an IP of 10.1.23.63 which I thought was trunked through the firewall. To get into the Cisco Pix firewall, you need to telnet from a server on the 10.1.23.x network to 10.1.23.1. I tried to make it work from 66.117.50.223 on the outside to the 10.1.23.63 on https and www. When I reviewed the config though, it didn?t show it in the list. There is an SSL certificate that is specifically for the 10.1.23.63 address already on the site so that part is taken care of. Just need to work out the NAT issue. Can someone help me.
