IP Redirection!

Ok, so I have heard of a few different ways to do this from what I’ve read but I want to get someone’s opinion. We have a server set up in America that hosts our corporate intranet site. We have partners in Australia that may want to access our site. How do we redirect the IP route to point to Australia in the most effcient way? Do we need to somehow “mirror” the site so they can access it quickly? Urgent help is appreciated!
