IPC$ Errors

When trying to connect to a network share that was mapped and working before this day, I am now getting and “IPC$ error”. I know that this has something to do with passwords that were previouly saved and not sure if I can use Server Manager to remove the IPC$ Share and recreate it. Any suggestions or advice pertaining to IPC$ itself? Thanks in advance.
