ipconflict

am working ina an hospital and i connected the 2003 server to the switch with ip 10.100.x.x and the router modem to other switch (cisco managable ).but the server in workgroup and the router’s dhcp is enabled so the ip in range 192.168.x.x and when i give obtain ip automatiocally then only i can acses internet when am doing ip manually i cant acses but i want to acses both simutaneously any idea is ther for using this please replay me its very urgent.
