iphone

my iphone took a swim. it has been dry for at least 5 days but will not power on i took it apart. 1 dot was red 1 dot wasent . now what ? who repairs them or what could have went wrong? the#2 componet looked different but i cleaned it up put it back togather stil nothing . any suggestions?
