iPhone 11 Face ID stopped working

About 2 weeks ago my face ID stopped recognizing my face, I can’t reset it because it authorizes the reset through face ID and I can’t update it because it authorizes through face ID. If I try turning it off completely then it tells me to “turn off stolen device protection” which needs my face ID.
I’d rather not take it to a store because I don’t live close to one but if I have too then oh well.
