Iphone 11 stays on apple logo start up screen

Hi,

I have an iPhone 11 and every app that I opened quited by itself so I turned my phone off.
When I wanted it to go on after that it didn’t go further then the screen with the apple logo.
And now it is on that screen already for 1,5 hour. What should I do?
