Iphone or Something else

Is it worth saying you get an old iphone or a device like huawei that with the same money will have more ram. I mean which one will get stuck less using different applications? Does the appla’s best software or processor, or the other mobile’s biggest ram in terms of application crashes? What are the positives and what are the negatives? Any information welcome.
