IPSec Site to site VPN using GRE with MPLS

I would appreciate if somebody can advise as to how can i configure site to site VPN using GRE over MPLS or IP Connect circuits.

Moreover, The internet links are provided over untrusted zone as Internet VPN with Public IP addresses and thus i need to secure my tunnels with filtered IP addresses.
