(IPv6) Internet’s developing single service model

Hi I am currently in college and want to write this extra credit paper about IPv6. I need to know how IPv6 will effect Internet Measurements, Overlay Network Infrastructures, and Architectures for Next-generation Routers.

Anyone have any ideas or facts would be nice, because I am having a bit of a difficulty finding them.
