IPX PEER – PEER NETWORK

I am trying to connect an IPX network with 2 computers for a customer. One computer allows you full access to file sharing however the second one doesn’t. I have selected an TCP/IP, IPX and a NETBUI protocol but nothing has changed. Any suggestions muchly apprieciated
