IPX Router Error

I’m running two Novell 4.11 servers, one here and one across town. I’m only getting the message on the one server here.
I looked at Novells website and tried everything, I can’t get this resolved.

60:15.630779 Router 020000000011 on circuit CPQNF3_1_E82 claims network 00000001 should be 00000002.

I reset all JetDirects here, I reset all routers here, I typed reset router at the Novell prompt serveral times. How can I track this down. Is the 020000000011 an ID number of some kind. I looked on Novell website and it has a list of Manuf. IDs, but the first six digits (020000) are not listed, I’m I looking at this wrong?
