IPX/SPX and TCP/IP communication

My network consist of 1 Novell Netware 4.11 using IPX/SPX as the protocol
to communicate with all the clients and 1 Windows 2000 server running on TCP/IP protocol.
I would like to reduced the multi protocol in my network environment to ease the congestion
on my LAN.
I would like to know is it posibble for my Novell Netware 4.11 server to communicate with all
the clients and Windows 2000 server after I converted my Novell Netware 4.11 server from
the running IPX/SPX protocol to TCP/IPprotocol to make sure my LAN is running solely on
TCP/IP only.
