IRQ error

I have to devices that are using the same IRQ 16. The first one is my graphics controller. The second one is the Intel(R) 82801DB/DBM USB Universal Host Controller-24C2. Needless to say, my USB scanner is not working. Could this be the problem? If so, how can I change the IRQs/. Or, what is the solution. If you need more information, let me know. Thanks!
