Is anyone else having problems with Technet server issues

I keep getting Server Maintainence Errors and/or page cannot be found (Technet’s 404 error page.

I understand these problems do happen anywhere, just want to know if others are experiencing this or just me.

Nor is this a complaint. 🙂
