We are working closely with one of India’s top 5 executive search and screening firms, and are planning to institute a division in the US, providing high quality, pre-screened IT H1B’s to the US market. We are concerned,though re the leveling off ofthe market, and whether demand for H1Bs will continue. The ITAA has projected a shortfall of 850K IT professionals for 2001. Is the current slowdown going to eliminate this need? Should we forestall launch of this service? Are there particular technologies / postions that will remain in high demand?
