Is Hyper-v the right solution??

Hi all,

I have been trying Hyper-v but I am not sure this is the right solution for me.

So far I also use VMware server 2.0 and the goal would be to have a Interface where I can create and manage VM’s as Adminstrator. But also have a interface where other users could see available VM’s and run then but not delete or modify their properties.

Each user will not use their own VM’s but one VM’s will be used by several users. This is a test enviroment where users need to test stuff on diferent OS.

So far VMserver is doing it’s job but I would like to understand if this could be done with hyper-V.
