Is it ok to delete log files on C:\WINDOWS\system32\LogFiles\W3SVC1?

I found out that those log files are taking much of our Microsoft exchange server. It is possible to delete or transfer the location of those log files on one of our drive in the server. It takes 15 GB of the Drive C:. Is there anyway to automate deleting those log files older that 30 days. Need help with this one because we are getting low disk space everyday on our exchange server, primarily because of this.
