Is it safe to download apps or games from unofficial app stores?

Hi everyone. I have a quick question that Is this safe to download apps from unofficial app stores like Starlet. Recently, I downloaded an iOS app from them and all the apps are working fine. But my main concern is that should we use third party app stores like these. Are they safe?
