Is there a way to activate a pre-configured VHD (Virtual Hard Disk) in VPC?

I was using a trial/evaluation Microsoft Virtual PC 2004. The trial period has expired and it is restarting every hour now. Is there a way to activate a pre-configured VHD (Virtual Hard Disk) downloaded from Microsoft. I am not able to run activation wizard by clicking Start, then Run, and then typing “oobe/msoobe /a”.
