Is there an alternative to Brightcove & Vplayed for creating VOD platform?

Hi,

I am working for an insurance company. We have a large library of surveillance videos in MPEG format that employees can stream on demand. I want to stream all my videos as a subscription based service.

I think brightcove & vplayed would be a decent alternatives in the market (link removed by moderator) or do you have any other product recommendations?
