Is there an Android app for Exchange 2010 email without Activesync?

I have 2 corporate accounts that use Exchange 2010, neither of the IT guys want activate ActiveSync on the Exchange server. They tell me it creates too many security issues.
Is there an Android app that will allow connection and passage of Exchange 2010 email without Activesync?
