Is there an available Patch?

im using an ASUS CUSI-M Motherboard with On-board SIS630E Video Card, Sound Card and LAN card.

Now, i want to update the SIS630e video card to an OpenGL. Is there an available patch that can be download for me to make SIS630e video card an OpenGLone? or is that possible?
