is there any possible of hacking after this steps done

i used acer m1100 and it comes with no os so i install windows xp cracked version. i do not use p2p clients and use agnitum outpost complete security. Then all the hacks starts( i used multiple user in one networks (LAN) ). but now i have formatted and used linux version still get hack ( i use4d my dedicated own dsl line (not shared). Like went i played ogg filesd sometimes it changed the volume itself and sometimes it just closed the player. So is there any possible way of tracking this computer even though it have been formatted multiple times. Is there any hardware hack that make such thing possible. Or it maybe just a hardware failure as it a cheap computer.
