ISA 2004 server on Server 2K3 SE not recognised as network share

Hi there,

I just installed an ISA server 2004 on a Server 2003 SE. Now, eventhough I can still access the internet through the ISA server and can ping with abandon, the ISA server doen’t show up anymore when accessing the network shares through My Network Places. The ISA server itself can’t see the network at all anymore.

I have checked that all the IPs are in the same subnet and have the correct services running (File & Printer sharing). I have also tried to open everything up on the ISA firewall to make sure that’s not the problem but that doesn’t seem to be it.

Quite frankly, I’m at a loss here, everything looks ok but it just isn’t working.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this working short of a complete reinstall?
