ISA 2004 single nic config

i ve installed ISA 2004 on a win2k machine .I attempted to dial to my remote win2k VPN server but the session could not be established . I ve checked network and access rules and ve added a rule to allow internal to internal traffic (as it was stated in config guide). please let me know where i am i going wrong.
