isa 2006 problem?

hello
i’ve an isa 2006 on my network, the problem is that user can’t run their mails on outlook and i’ve an error response “the server name you entered cannot be found”
while i (as domain admin) work fine. what’s the problem

note: the mail server is out side the network
i created an access rule in isa to allow pop3 and smtp
